One of the best/worst things about being in the restaurant industry is being able to serve other people in the restaurant industry. Sometimes, people in the restaurant industry can get a little… judgey. These simple carrots shush that.

Ingredients 
8 each carrot, sliced tip to tail
2 TBSP oil
1/2 tsp cumin
S&P
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F toss all ingredients into oil and then evenly season and coat the carrots.
Place onto a sheet pan cutside down.
Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
